The following are guidelines for mini-storage use. They are based on state and local regulations. Before you may move in, you are required to sign an agreement to follow Willow RV Storage policies. This written agreement is subject to change.
Working on your unit within the gated area is not permitted
Rent is due 30 days in advance
Repeated late payments can result in late fees and or termination of your agreement
Registration tags are checked often to be sure that your RV tags are current. We mail letters notifying you if expired tags need to be updated
